Thompson Palm Springs Resort is seeking an engaging and hospitality-driven Seasonal Poolside Service Attendant to join our team!

As a Poolside Service Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the pool area, including arranging chairs, towels, and umbrellas. You will also assist with running food and drinks, bussing, and ensure the overall comfort and satisfaction of our guests. This is a great entry-level opportunity if you are looking to get your foot in the door with Thompson Hotels!

This is a temporary position anticipated to continue through Memorial Day 2027. The assignment may end earlier or be extended based on business needs and does not create a guarantee of employment for any specific duration.

This is a nonexempt (hourly) role. The budgeted rate for this role is $18.00 plus additional gratuity. This is the hourly rate for this position that Thompson Palm Springs reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual hourly rates will be based on a number of factors including experience, and education.

• Riverside County’s Food Handler’s Card
• Must be over the age of 21
• Comfortable with working indoors and outdoors with varying weather conditions
• Previous experience working at a luxury hotel/resort is a plus
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
