• Greet guests and complete check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests.
• Perform night audit duties, including balancing reports and financial transactions.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain front desk organization and cleanliness.
