Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year management experience in Front Office, Housekeeping, Reservations or equivalent.

• Ability to perform other duties as requested by management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front office staff, Overnight staff, and guest services.
• Maintain cash controls and assist with staffing schedules and payroll.
• Greet VIPs and accommodate their preferences.
• Oversee lobby operations and ensure service standards.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Sales on room inventory.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; monitor performance.
• Coordinate group arrivals/departures with Sales.
• Support Front Office Manager in payroll and admin tasks.
