Concord Hospitality seeks a dependable Night Auditor for the late shift at WoodSpring Suites Kentwood in Grand Rapids, MI. This part-time role runs 11 pm–7 am, 2–3 days per week, with required weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities include front desk tasks, nightly revenue processing, and ensuring safety and smooth operations. Ideal candidates have hotel front desk or hospitality experience, strong attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process credit card transactions and daily revenue for the property.
• Ensure laundry is completed for the business days.
• Ensure Common Areas are cleaned and maintained.
• Ensure regular internal property walks are completed throughout the shift.
• Handle phone system, reservations, and guest inquiries.
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures.
• Verify, balance, and review hotel room availability and transactions.
• Maintain lobby appearance and assist with AM breakfast setup if needed.
• Monitor hotel safety and emergency procedures during the night shift.
