Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year night auditor/front desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly manner.
• Maintain a neat, clean, professional appearance.
• Use the PMS to manage reservations, check-ins/outs, and payments.
• Follow SOPs and complete end-of-day tasks.
• Prepare and review nightly audit, reports, and cash handling.
