Job summary

Dutch Wonderland Inn in Lancaster, PA seeks a Lead Guest Experience Agent to supervise the front desk team and ensure smooth check-in/out processes. You will mentor staff, uphold brand standards, and resolve guest issues with professional care.

You’ll handle payments, assist with scheduling, and provide guests with information on events and local attractions, contributing to a welcoming lodging experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 1+ year of hospitality/front desk experience required.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish or other) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front desk operations and staff.
• Greet guests warmly and maintain professional appearance.
• Process guest payments and maintain PCI compliance.
• Assist with scheduling and timekeeping activities.
• Provide guests with information about events and nearby parks.
