Job summary

The Loren at Pink Beach is seeking a Casual Night Auditor to be the friendly, reliable overnight presence for guests. This role blends front desk service with basic nightly financial tasks to keep operations calm and secure through the night.

You’ll assist late-night arrivals and early-morning departures, balance daily transactions, post charges, run the end-of-day process, and prepare essential reports to set the next day up for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in front desk or night audit roles at a luxury hotel.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in PMS (Opera preferred) and MS Office.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle overnight responsibilities.
• Knowledge of accounting and reconciliation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist late-night arrivals and early morning departures
• Balance the day’s financial transactions and post charges
• Prepare end-of-day reports and manage nightly balancing
• Conduct safety checks and respond to emergencies
• Coordinate with security and communicate overnight issues to management
