Job summary

Coury Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee front desk operations overnight, perform nightly audits, and ensure accurate financial reporting. The role requires handling guest check-ins/outs, maintaining security and a calm guest experience in a luxury boutique setting.

The Night Auditor will balance daily revenue, prepare audit reports, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure operational readiness while maintaining confidentiality of guest and financial information.

Qualifications

• Front desk or night audit experience in luxury/boutique settings preferred.
• Strong attention to detail in financial and audit tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently overnight and make decisions.
• Organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with property management systems and basic accounting.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily transactions and reports.
• Balance and close daily revenue including room charges, taxes, and payments per hotel policies.
• Prepare and distribute daily audit reports for management review.
• Handle front desk duties during overnight hours (check-in/check-out).
• Serve as overnight liaison for guest requests, concerns, and service recovery.
• Communicate professionally with guests and maintain discretion and care.
• Monitor lobby, ensure secure, quiet overnight environment.
• Conduct overnight property walks for safety and readiness.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and bell services as needed.
