Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Dallas is seeking a meticulous Night Auditor to manage end-of-day financial tasks and guest services during overnight hours. This role blends front desk duties with basic accounting to ensure a smooth transition between business days.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing check-ins/check-outs, balancing daily transactions, and reviewing reports. The position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays within a high-activity urban hotel

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience handling front desk tasks and customer interactions.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS systems and daily revenue processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assist guests; process check-ins/check-outs.
• Answer phone lines, respond to guest requests, and resolve issues promptly.
• Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions.
• Run and review daily reports (e.g., charges, revenue).
• Audit and verify front desk postings and transactions.
• Process cash, credit, and direct-bill transactions accurately.
• Log all reservations, cancellations, and no-shows.
• Follow safety and emergency procedures; work overnight shifts.
