Columbia Hospitality's Cedarbrook Lodge in Seattle seeks a Part-Time Spa Receptionist to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will schedule spa appointments, know treatments and products, and assist guests with check-in/out while maintaining a serene spa environment.

Ideal candidates bring prior customer service experience, strong computer and communication skills, and weekend/evening availability to support busy spa hours and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong computer, communication and telephone skills.
• Availability to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate all appointments within the spa.
• Maintain complete knowledge of all Spa Services and products.
• Maintain the Spa facility throughout shift.
• Escort guests to and from treatments.
• Cashiering duties for services and retail.
• Answer all incoming calls.
