You will be fluent with the property layout, briefed on offers, and ready to guide guests to amenities while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a similar or customer service role.
• Able to multi-task and handle high-volume inquiries professionally.
• Experience with OpenTable, Salesforce, Google Sheets or Opera.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Shift breakdown include financial / accounting inquiries and cash handling.
• First point of contact for members, guests and staff with top-tier service.
• Perform concierge duties such as bookings for cars, shows, restaurants and spa.
• Answer emails and inquiries, print/scan documents for hotel guests.
• Stay updated on hours, restrictions and workflow changes across departments.
• Discuss amenities, room types, rates and availability to boost revenue.
• Coordinate valet and luggage storage with bell staff or butler.
• Participate in daily shift briefings and maintain phone etiquette.
