Job summary

Soho House in New York seeks a Club Receptionist/Host to welcome members and guests, handle high-volume calls, and manage reservations for clubs, restaurants, and F&B operations. You will master the phone system, maintain a warm disposition, and ensure front-desk readiness for arrivals.

The role requires a friendly, professional approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to support on-floor service standards while building relationships with members.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar hospitality/host role.
• Experience handling high-volume phone lines and reservations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Opera is a plus.
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, answer calls, and create reservations for club or F&B operations.
• Master the club’s phone system and ensure all reservations are ready for arrival.
• Provide friendly, discreet service and maintain organization of the reception area.
• Support on-floor with service standards and guest relations.
• Build relationships with members and communicate feedback to management to improve experience.
