Soho House is seeking an Overnight Front Office Manager to lead overnight hotel operations, oversee Butlers, Receptionists, and Member Services, and support Reservations/PBX. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing budgets, and maintaining high service standards across the night shift.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Front Office management at high-end properties, strong knowledge of Opera, Salesforce and OpenTable, and excellent communication skills; bilingual

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience managing Front Office operations.
• Extensive knowledge of Opera, Salesforce, Open Table and Google Sheets is a must.
• Detail oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight front office and hotel operations, including Butlers, Receptionists, and Member Services.
• Manage Reservations/PBX department and Evening Membership Guest List.
• Develop and monitor departmental goals, budgets, payroll, and staffing levels.
• Greet hotel guests and members upon arrival, maintain service standards.
• Coordinate onboarding and training for new hires and supervise staff performance.
• Communicate daily events, guest lists, VIPs, and sales budget.
