This part-time overnight position requires strong customer service and confidentiality, with duties spanning phone/email inquiries, information provision, and team support to maintain a welcoming environment for residents and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months related experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Maintain integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Manage the reception area and ensure professional image.
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Assist all associates at the front desk as needed.
• Perform security rounds as necessary.
• Provide accurate information in-person and by phone/email.
