Job summary

Raffles Boston is seeking an Overnight Guest Experience Specialist/Butler to deliver premium, personalized service for residents and guests. You will welcome arrivals, escort to rooms, orient guests and coordinate arrivals with hotel operations, using Opera, Alice and related systems.

Ideal candidates bring front-office experience in ultra-luxury hotels, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for creating memorable stays.

Qualifications

• Experience in ultra-luxury hospitality is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Knowledge of Opera, Alice and related systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet, arrival escort and hotel orientation for guests.
• Deliver personalized guest experiences and handle special requests.
• Enter reservation notes, alerts and traces in Opera and coordinate with teams.
• Manage luggage, porterage and wardrobe handling for guests.
• Monitor Butler Inbox and respond within 4 hours.
• Assist with celebrations, gifting and special purchases for residents.
• Support in staying services, upselling dining and facilities.
• Maintain logs in Alice and ensure timely task completion.
• Collaborate with F&B, housekeeping and other departments for seamless service.
