Job summary

Qualifications

• High-school graduate or equivalent and one year of work-related experience (Customer Service, Hotel Industry, Management, etc).
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Data entry and database management experience.
• Telephone etiquette experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as concierge to guests and manage reservations and directions.
• Review reservations, offer options, and use suggestive selling for rooms and services.
• Register guests, assign rooms, and prepare for morning operations.
• Verify payment methods and process charges per hotel policies.
• Input guest information in PMS and coordinate with hotel staff.
• Coordinate with housekeeping for room status and guest needs.
• Attend departmental meetings and adapt to shift changes.
