Job summary

RAM Hotels is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations and guest services. You will handle check-ins/outs, process payments, and ensure accurate night audit paperwork from 11pm to 7am, while delivering exceptional hospitality and resolving guest inquiries.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and reliability, with the ability to work varied shifts and collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Concierge to guests, assist with reservations and directions.
• Review reservations and manage room statuses, process check-ins/outs.
• Handle front desk operations, credit procedures, and PMS data entry.
• Work 11pm–7am night shift and prepare for morning operations.
• Support housekeeping and engineering with room status and requests.
• Ensure safety procedures and daily logs are accurately maintained.
