• Front desk experience (6+ months) behind the desk and able to run solo.

Responsibilities

• Work the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) as the go-to team member for guest needs, questions, and check-ins.
• Balance the books nightly—post revenues, reconcile ledgers, and ensure accuracy of records.
• Handle guest requests and complaints calmly and professionally (even at 3 AM).
• Manage reports, paperwork, and financial summaries with precision.
• Maintain security and confidentiality as the trusted closing team member.
