Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is hiring a Full-Time Night Auditor for the Embassy Suites Hot Springs, AR. You will work the overnight shift from 11 PM to 7 AM, balance revenues, reconcile ledgers, and address guest needs with calm professionalism.

Required: front desk experience, basic accounting, and comfort with Excel and property management systems. A high school diploma and reliable overnight availability are needed.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience and ability to operate a small front desk independently.
• Basic understanding of posting revenues and balancing reports.
• Overnight shift availability and reliability are required.
• Proficiency with Excel and property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Work the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) and assist guests as needed.
• Balance the books nightly by posting revenues and reconciling ledgers.
• Handle guest requests and complaints calmly and professionally at all hours.
• Prepare reports and financial summaries as part of nightly close.
• Maintain security and confidentiality as the trusted close of day’s business.
