Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a part-time Weekend Auditor to audit, balance, and report on hotel finance areas including food & beverage, front desk, and rooms. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

The position emphasizes accurate cash handling, nightly close, and collaboration with the Night Manager. High school diploma required; prior hotel auditing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in auditing, especially in hospitality industry, preferred.
• Experience with computer systems and office equipment required.
• Pay based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Audit, balance and report cash/credit operations for food & beverage outlets and other hotel areas; ensure accuracy and prevent fraud.
• Audit front desk cash handling, room charges, deposits and related postings.
• Prepare and input statistics and income journals; generate daily reports.
• Run night audit final and balance revenues for each shift.
• Perform Front Desk Clerk duties (express checkouts) and assist Night Manager/Night Audit Supervisor.
• Assist PBX with wake-up calls and support bell/guest services as needed.
