You will balance cash and credit for F&B and front desk, post room charges, prepare daily stats, and complete the Flash Report. The role also covers front desk/bellman duties and supervising night staff.

Qualifications

• Accounting background preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate a personal computer, cash register, and calculator.
• Telephone and guest relations etiquette and skills.
• Moderate hearing is required to communicate with guests.
• Excellent vision for viewing computer screens.
• Excellent speech communication skills for telephone conversations.

Responsibilities

• Audit, balance, and report on food & beverage outlets cash and credit operations.
• Audit, balance, post, and report on front desk room charges and deposits.
• Prepare and input statistics and income journal sheets for daily reports.
• Balance and close bank ticket codes.
• Run the night audit final after revenues are balanced nightly.
• Perform front desk agent/bellman duties including check-ins/check-outs.
• Compile guest emails for comment cards and market research.
• Track guest issues in a master log and share the Flash Report with staff.
• Oversee 3rd shift staff and attend quarterly night staff meetings.
