Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Audit, balance, and report on cash and credit operations across hotel outlets.
• Audit, balance, post, and report on front desk transactions and room charges.
• Prepare and input statistics and income journals for daily reports.
• Balance and close bank ticket codes and run the night audit final.
• Perform Front Desk Agent/Bellman duties including check-ins/outs.
• Compile guest emails for comment cards and market research.
• Track guest issues in a master Guest Response Log and share the Flash Report.
