Job summary

Auburn Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor for the Chelsea, AL area. This PART TIME role involves auditing, posting and balancing daily financials while delivering a superior guest experience.

The Night Auditor will handle hotel systems (PBX, locks, PMS), ensure cash accuracy, and be available for overnight and additional front desk shifts as needed. This position requires flexibility and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must complete brand-specific training
• Must complete health and safety training
• Adhere to Auburn Hospitality standards
• Provide friendly, personalized guest service
• Balance daily transactions accurately and timely
• Be able to work overnights and other shifts as needed
• Know surrounding area for guest directions and recommendations

Responsibilities

• Oversee auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions
• Deliver outstanding guest experience during shifts
• Maintain cash drawer and balance at end of shift
• Sell and upsell rooms to walk-in guests and phone reservations
• Perform shift checklists and stay compliant with brand standards
