Job summary

The Hotel at Auburn University is seeking an Overnight Agent to perform the night audit, reconcile accounts, and post daily charges. This role requires accuracy and customer service excellence.

You will handle guest check-ins/outs, process payments, answer inquiries, and maintain shift readiness while promoting positive guest relations throughout the night. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of customer service and/or hotel experience preferred.
• Previous hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check-in/check-out of hotel guests accurately and courteously.
• Process all payments according to established hotel requirements.
• Provide information to guest inquiries.
• Imputing accurate reservations, answering front desk calls, and alerting staff of VIP arrivals.
• Meet with departing Guest Services Agents to review status and follow-up items.
• Set up workstations with necessary supplies; maintain cleanliness during the shift.
• Change housekeeping discrepancies to the correct status.
• Promote positive guest relations at the Guest Services areas.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
