Job summary

Auburn Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee auditing, posting, and balancing of daily financial transactions while delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will manage hotel systems (PBX, door locks, PMS) and balance the cash drawer, with night shifts and potential front desk coverage as needed.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to work overnight in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Complete brand-specific training.
• Adhere to Auburn Hospitality standards.
• Balance the day’s business in a neat, orderly fashion.
• Be able to work all night and other shifts as needed.
• Knowledge of hotel systems including PBX, key lock, and PMS.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions.
• Deliver outstanding guest experience for all guests.
• Check guest accounts daily and balance cash drawer.
• Sell and up-sell rooms to walk-in guests and phone reservations.
• Maintain security of the cash drawer and balance throughout the shift.
