Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk duties, balance accounts, and prepare financial reports. You will assist guests, handle POS and PMS transactions, and support safety and security procedures during late hours.

Qualifications

• Front Desk or Night Audit experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional guest service during overnight Front Desk operations (check-in/check-out).
• Complete nightly audit procedures: balance accounts, reconcile transactions, generate reports.
• Monitor overnight activity and respond to guest requests and operational needs.
• Process guest payments, billing adjustments, cash handling, and PMS transactions accurately.
• Prepare and distribute daily operational, accounting, and occupancy reports for leadership.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping/Engineering/Security for smooth overnight operations.
