Qualifications

• Experience in Front Desk or Night Audit is preferred.
• Strong cash handling and financial reporting skills are required.
• Excellent guest service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous guest service during overnight Front Desk operations (check-in/check-out).
• Complete nightly audit procedures, balance accounts, and reconcile transactions.
• Monitor overnight activity and respond to guest requests and needs promptly.
