Job summary

Ignite Hotels manages Comfort Inn and Suites Bozeman and is seeking a Night Auditor for overnight guest services and nightly audits. You will balance daily financial transactions, generate reports, and assist with front desk operations to ensure security and smooth night-time operations.

Ideal candidates bring customer service experience, basic accounting skills, and the ability to work independently overnight, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Basic accounting, cash handling, or audit experience preferred.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests during overnight check-in and check-out.
• Complete nightly audit procedures and balance daily financial transactions.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports for management.
• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally during overnight hours.
• Maintain brand, product, and service standards at the front desk and lobby.
• Monitor the property overnight to support guest safety.
