Qualifications

• 18 years old or older with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months face-to-face customer service experience in a retail environment required or 1-year Fitness experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to handle payments and give accurate change.

Responsibilities

• Greet and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Anticipate member needs and respond promptly; acknowledge all members.
• Provide gracious and efficient telephone service with accurate information.
• Maintain cleanliness of the club for up to 50% of the shift.
• Deliver prompt customer service with high accuracy in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Handle payments, give change and receipts; promote products and promotions.
• Answer questions about policies and procedures clearly and customer-friendly.
