Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, recording issues, assisting with events, and performing safety checks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR and AED certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they enter and leave the club.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and take messages as needed.
• Check in members and verify membership.
• Handle member service questions (lost/found items, cards, billing questions).
• Maintain a professional image; sleeping or headphones during shift are prohibited.
• Respond to member requests and inquiries.
• Provide information about club events.
• Log member concerns on the service log.
• Handle emergencies appropriately (call 9-1-1, police, or GM).
• Keep front desk and lobby neat and clean; re-rack equipment; clear trash.
• Perform safety checks and report hazards on logs.
• Record maintenance and janitorial issues; secure lost items in logs.
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned (towels, photocopying, data entry).
