Job summary

AvantStay is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Agent to manage overnight guest check-ins and office operations at our market office. This role focuses on delivering a flawless guest experience while handling deliveries, organizing supplies, and supporting market operations on non-peak days.

The successful candidate will work 11pm-7am, be based in Austin, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct live check-ins for arriving guests, being the first impression of AvantStay.
• Receive, organize, and stock deliveries of housekeeping and operational supplies.
• Organize and maintain office and storeroom, including linen and supplies par levels.
• Guide guests through the AvantStay experience and ensure a great first impression.
• Coordinate with field team on guest arrivals and requests.
• Use Salesforce to release check-in instructions and close Live Check-In cases.
• Assist with inventory and logistics for field teams and consumables.
• Maintain and organize office and gathering spaces.
