Best Western Plus Kalispell/ Glacier Park West is seeking a dedicated hotel front desk agent to join our guest services team. You'll be responsible for welcoming guests, managing accounts, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints to ensure a great guest experience.

The ideal candidate should have 1+ year of hotel experience, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for customer service. Compensation is $17 - $18 hourly, with flexible hours available including weekends and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check-in, and check-out guests.
