Job summary

HomeTowne Studios by RedRoof is seeking a Night Attendant to join our team in Spokane Valley. The role involves handling late-hour guest requests, checking in/out duties, and ensuring room readiness with a focus on service quality.

Responsibilities include courtesy calls after check-in, post-check-in support, and maintaining cleanliness in guest areas. Prior hospitality experience is preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent and basic office skills expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1 year in previous customer service position.
• Must have basic office skills (math, cash handling, computer skills).
• Basic English communication (verbal and written) skills required.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct courtesy calls within 30 minutes after guest check-in.
• Assist guests with requests and/or complaints after regular office hours.
• May handle check-ins/check-outs and make guestroom keys for lost/lockouts.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the laundry rooms and guest laundry.
• Clean, dry and fold linen, blankets, bedspreads, etc.
• Provide courtesy patrol in lobby and front entrance area.
• Ensure exceptional customer service to all guests while maintaining guest privacy and safety.
• May compute bill, collect payments, and post charges to the Property Management system.
• Complete department checklists and reports for relevant shifts.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
