Cliff House Maine is seeking a friendly front desk agent to warmly greet guests, assist with itineraries and reservations, and enhance guest experiences. You will promote hotel services, connect guests with local experiences, and handle registration, checkout, and cashiering.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with computers.
• Previous front desk agent or night audit experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Opera a plus.
• Ability to work 3rd shift and weekends.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift up to 25 lbs.
