Responsibilities

• Be knowledgeable of services/features and local attractions to respond to inquiries.
• Perform cleaning duties, restocking carts, and maintaining public areas.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment use and safety procedures.
• Ensure key control and security for buildings and vehicles.
• Follow procedures for handling and disposal of materials per OSHA standards.
• Report damages or maintenance issues promptly.
• Handle lost and found items per department procedures.
• Attend to work schedule and comply with hotel policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or hotel officials.
