Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the front desk and answer inquiries about lodging, facilities, and local attractions.
• Process reservations, check-ins/check-outs, payments, and provide receipts.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and ensure security and privacy of guests.
• Operate a multi-line phone system and relay messages as required.
• Balance daily transactions and prepare end-of-shift reports.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to resolve guest issues.
