Job summary

NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM) Mayport is seeking a part-time Front Desk Clerk to manage guest check-ins/outs, reservations, and questions about lodging facilities at Navy Gateway Inn and Suites and Navy Lodge.

The role requires excellent guest relations, strong communication skills, and ability to handle payments, schedules, and nightly tasks. Overnight shifts are regularly scheduled; on-site work at Mayport lodging facilities is required.

Qualifications

• Assist guests with reservations, payments, check-in/check-out, and related inquiries.
• Provide information about lodging amenities and local attractions.
• Operate front desk systems and resolve guest issues per policy.

Responsibilities
