Vision Hospitality Group is hiring a Night Auditor for our new Home2Suites/TRU Cleveland, Tennessee location. The role focuses on auditing, posting, and balancing daily financial transactions while supporting overnight operations and guest services.

Qualifications

• Must maintain confidentiality of guest and company information.
• Responsible for safety and security of guests and assets.
• Able to operate hotel PMS and balance cash drawer.
• Able to work night shifts in a 24/7 environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions.
• Assist night team and front desk as needed.
• Follow standard operating procedures and brand standards.
• Sell and upsell rooms to walk-in guests and reservations.
• Maintain neat cash drawer and balance.
• Check guest accounts and follow up on credits as needed.
• Know surrounding area to assist guests.
• Operate and monitor hotel systems (PBX, locks, PMS) as required.
