Job summary

Veterinary Emergency Group The PC is seeking an Emergency Credentialed Veterinary Technician (Relief) in Larkspur, CA to support our fast-paced ER environment with a per diem schedule. You'll triage, treat, monitor, and assist with anesthesia, imaging, and critical care across a wide range of cases.

As a CVT/RVT/LVT in good standing, you will work with doctors and the VEG team to deliver compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
• Credentialed veterinary technician (CVT/RVT/LVT) in the practicing state
• 1+ year experience in veterinary technician role; emergency experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 25 kg

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care, treatments, and emotional support.
• Triage, diagnostics, anesthesia, monitoring, and critical care nursing.
• Assist with CPR and emergency procedures.
• Imaging, sample collection, and basic procedures.
• Collaborate with doctors and staff to ensure smooth care flow.
