Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for overnight operation to plan, supervise, and optimize plant maintenance activities.

You will lead engineering staff, ensure equipment reliability, and uphold safety and quality standards across the production floor. The role requires an Associate Degree in Electronics/Electrical Technology or equivalent, 2+ years of supervisory experience in industrial settings, and familiarity with PLCs and electrical troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Electronics/Electrical Technology or equivalent formal training.
• 2+ years of leadership in industrial operations or maintenance preferred.
• Experience with PLCs and electrical troubleshooting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, assigns and supervises work of Engineering Personnel on assigned shift.
• Maintains plant facilities and equipment according to standards.
• Reads, understands and implements schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Trains new employees in accordance with established training programs and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with safety programs and company policies.
