Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking a maintenance/engineering leader for overnight operations. You will plan, assign and supervise shifts, train staff, and ensure plant equipment and safety standards are met. Strong PLC and electrical troubleshooting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in industrial operations.
• Experience with industrial electrical wiring, motor control, PLCs, and equipment repair.
• Experience or knowledge of PLCs and Networking devices; Allen-Bradley a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant facility and equipment per standards.
• Assist Maintenance Manager in performance of duties.
• Plan, assign and supervise engineering staff on shift.
