Responsibilities

• Receives, records, and manages requests for ambulance assistance.
• Offers pre-arrival instructions as indicated.
• Allocates EMS resources using approved protocols.
• Ensures paperwork is complete and accurate at shift end.
• Performs data entry including state run reports as assigned.
• Generates reports and verifies accuracy.
• Locates incidents and identifies safest routes with locator aids.
• Relays instructions from supervisors and emergency information.
• Maintains knowledge of company policies and procedures.
