Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, and manage ambulance assistance requests.
• Provide pre-arrival instructions as indicated.
• Allocate EMS resources using protocols and decision rules.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and data entry for the shift.
• Generate reports and ensure accuracy of data.
• Locate scenes and determine fastest routes using locator tools.
• Relay instructions and stay aligned with policies and procedures.
• Operate dispatch equipment including computer, printers, 911 gear, and phones.
