Qualifications

• Retail and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and offering solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and accurate cash handling.
• Enrol customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Support omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining planograms.
• Uphold store recovery, stock levels, and in-stock condition.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety programs; act as a role model.
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
