The role involves assisting with daily living activities, community involvement, and attending appointments in a compassionate, person-centered manner. New pay rate is $17.50-$19.00 per hour with paid training and a sign-on bonus of $1,000 for full-time or $500 for part-time employees.

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Fluent English in communication

Responsibilities

• Advocate for adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities and community involvement.
• Accompany to medical appointments and community outings.
• Follow Behavior Support Plans and Individual Support Plans.
• Ensure safety and emergency readiness in the home.
