Venture Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional to empower adults 22 and over with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role includes personal care, community participation, and advocacy.

The position is full-time (40 hours) with a pay rate of $17.50–$19.00 per hour and paid training provided by Venture. A $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff is offered, along with comprehensive benefits.
