Job summary

Venture Community Services Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional to empower adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You’ll provide support at home and in the community, helping with daily tasks to promote independence and well-being.

New pay rate offers $17.50–$19.00 per hour, with paid training and a sign-on bonus. This Part-Time 32-hour schedule includes weekends and flexible shifts to meet program needs.

• Ability to work as a creative, engaged, dedicated member of the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with household maintenance, meal prep, shopping, bathing, toileting, dressing, and daily personal care.
• Help clients attend medical appointments and manage banking where applicable.
• Support clients to participate in community activities and outings.
• Administer medications following plans and medical guidelines; follow Behavior Support Plans and Individual Support Plans.
