New pay rate with a sign-on bonus and paid training. Schedule includes overnight shifts; full-time 40 hours per week. Must be 21+, valid driver's license, and fluent English.

• Commitment to helping people with disabilities participate in community life.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including overnights and holidays.
• Able to speak, read, and write fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Advocate and support adults with disabilities to be active in their lives.
• Assist with household tasks, meal prep, shopping, personal care.
• Accompany to medical appointments and community activities; follow care plans.
