Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or two+ years' experience working with developmentally disabled individuals.
• Must have a valid Arkansas driver's license.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, follow procedures, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist Clients in basic living skills and daily personal tasks such as showers, dressing, housekeeping, grocery shopping, meals, and budgeting.
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments as needed with a valid Arkansas Driver's License.
• Maintain documentation with FCC forms, incident reports, care plans, and required records.
• Report incidents or emergencies to supervisors immediately; support Plan of Care implementation and safety.
• Organize and carry out recreational activities for the clients.
