Job summary

Friendship Community Care is seeking compassionate part-time staff to support clients with daily living skills, transport to activities, and thorough record-keeping. You will work closely with a team to ensure safety and dignity for participants in Bentonville, AR.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and a valid Arkansas driver’s license. Experience with developmentally disabled individuals is a plus. Training will be provided, and shifts include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two years’ experience with developmentally disabled individuals preferred.
• Read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and correspondence.
• Basic arithmetic and ability to interpret basic data and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with basic living skills such as showers, dressing, housekeeping, meal prep, and budgeting.
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments; valid Arkansas driver's license is required.
• Maintain documentation in FCC records, including reports and forms.
• Follow medication management guidelines and support documentation procedures.
• Plan and carry out recreational activities for clients.
• Attend required training and pursue continuing education.
